1. The Made-to-Order Model & Product Availability

LaGrace Collective operates on an intentional, made-to-order production framework.

• Reservations: All orders placed during our designated reservation windows represent a binding commitment to manufacture.

• Availability: Fabrics and production capacities are strictly limited. We reserve the right to close a reservation window early or limit quantities at our sole discretion.

2. Pricing & Immediate Payment Processing

• Pricing: All prices are displayed in USD and are subject to change without notice.

• Payment Processing: Due to the bespoke nature of our production model, full payment is processed and captured at the exact moment your reservation is submitted. This secures your materials and allocation within our upcoming manufacturing cycle.

3. Order Modifications & Cancellations

Because our atelier immediately initiates pattern allocation and material sourcing at the close of a transaction, modifications or cancellations to any reservation can only be accommodated within twenty-four (24) hours of order placement. After this grace period, all orders are locked into our master production schedule and cannot be canceled, amended, or refunded.

4. Shipping, Delivery, and Returns

• Timelines: Estimated shipping windows are provided as general timelines and are subject to manufacturing flow. True luxury takes time, and LaGrace Collective is not liable for minor production or transit delays.

• Returns & Curated Bundles: All returns, size exchanges, or boutique credits are governed strictly by our Care & Return Policy. Selections made within The Heritage Vault or acquired as curated, multi-piece wardrobe bundles are considered absolute final sale and cannot be broken up, returned, or exchanged.

5. Intellectual Property & Official Licensing

• Proprietary Content: All content on this Site—including but not limited to text, bespoke designs, photographic imagery, graphics, and logos—is the exclusive property of LaGrace Collective LLC and is protected under copyright laws.

• Authorized Marks: LaGrace Collective is an Officially Authorized Vendor. All Greek letter organization trademarks, crests, and insignias utilized on our garments or Site are the exclusive intellectual property of their respective national organizations and are used under strict, authorized licensing agreements. Unauthorized reproduction or distribution of these assets is strictly prohibited.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, LaGrace Collective LLC, its owners, and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of the Site, production delays, or the wear of our garments.

7. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by, construed, and enforced in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any legal action arising under these terms shall be filed exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Florida.
