By pairing Signature design protection with our precision Master Sizing Block fittings, we eliminate the guesswork of traditional sizing, delivering a seamless, high-touch wardrobe activation tailored specifically for your chapter.

Exclusive Chapter Design Guarantee: Your chapter deserves a look that is truly your own. Each Signature chapter blazer design is strictly proprietary and unique to your specific chapter. Backed by our Design Protection Agreement, no two chapter blazers will ever be duplicated, ensuring your members stand out with a one-of-a-kind style.

Phase 1: THE CHAPTER PARTNERSHIP & DESIGN LOCK

  • The Strategy & Protection Phase

    Before any custom sketches, swatches, or design concepts are released, we partner with Chapter Leadership to define your vision and secure design exclusivity.

    • Design Exclusivity Agreement: Leadership signs our standard Partnership Agreement, ensuring your chapter's custom blazer design remains strictly proprietary to LaGrace Collective and exclusive to your chapter.

Phase 2: THE CONCIERGE FITTING EXPERIENCE

  • The Precision Fitting Phase

    Once design exclusivity is finalized, our team brings the private boutique fitting directly to your chapter.

  • Sorors try on our structured sample shells available across our entire size matrix to lock in their ideal fit and silhouette with complete confidence. Please note that on site Master Sizing Block fittings are exclusively hosted for chapters selecting either The Legacy Chapter Experience or The Premier Concierge Experience.

  • Chapters selecting The Essential Signature option will receive an interactive virtual fitting workshop. Our team will train leadership and members on taking precise personal measurements and utilizing the Legacy Fit Profile Calculator, ensuring every Soror determines her ideal sizing before placing her order through the custom chapter purchasing portal. Please note that because garments are custom produced to each member selected profile during this virtual process, any subsequent size exchange request will incur a re-tailoring fee of $68.

Phase 3: THE DISTRIBUTION & REVEAL EVENT

  • With production complete, we elevate garment delivery into a complete concierge experience for your chapter. Every garment across all packages arrives fully steamed, quality inspected, and event ready.

  • What’s included:

    Our team handles direct on site delivery, handing off freshly steamed, custom garment bagged, and tagged blazers with member order verification for a seamless chapter pickup.

  • What’s included:

    Combines our freshly steamed garment delivery with an on site reveal suite for final fit checks and presentation.

  • What’s included:

    The ultimate celebration featuring custom event staging, dedicated fitting assistants, private garment prep support, and complimentary luxury touches including decadent desserts and sparkling cider for your members.

  • Participating in an on site activation ensures every garment is delivered event ready and tailored to perfection. Any remote orders or late addition items remain fully backed by our dedicated La Grace support team to guarantee every sister feels completely confident in her garment(s).
