At LaGrace Collective, true luxury is defined by intention, precision, and purpose. Each piece from our collections is meticulously tailored and made to order specifically for you during our reservation windows. Because we are committed to zero waste craftsmanship and sustainable luxury, we do not maintain standard retail inventory or carry stock post drop.
To honor this commitment, all collection drop reservations are Final Sale.
Precision Fit Assurance
Because standard retail sizing does not exist at LaGrace Collective, every garment is engineered to align with individual body geometry.
To ensure absolute confidence in your selection, completing your profile via the Legacy Fit Calculator is strictly required for all reservations. This generates a verified Structural Fit Record that is permanently linked to your order, ensuring your selection is produced with exact architectural alignment.
Mandatory Fitting Protocol: Reservations attempted without a completed Legacy Fit Profile cannot enter our production pipeline. Completing your profile prior to checkout ensures your garment is crafted to your exact structural specifications.
Limited Reserve Size Adjustments
While all purchases remain Final Sale without exception, we stand behind the architectural precision of our engineering.
Exchange Eligibility: If your garment does not align with the structural profile generated by your verified Legacy Fit Calculator submission, our team will facilitate a size exchange to correct the fit.
Verification Protocol: To initiate a fit review, clients must provide photographic documentation wearing the garment. This allows our technical tailors to audit the fit discrepancy against your recorded measurement profile. Once verified, your replacement garment will be released for production.
Timeline: Discrepancy evaluation requests must be submitted within 7 days of verified package delivery by contacting exchanges@lagracecollective.com.
Item Condition & Inspection Protocol
To maintain our uncompromising standard of hygiene and craftsmanship, garments submitted for an approved size adjustment must be returned in pristine, original condition: unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and with all original luxury packaging and structural tags intact.
Quality Audit: Every returned garment undergoes a rigorous multi point quality audit upon arrival at our facility.
Violation Policy: If a returned item shows clear evidence of wear, damage, alteration, or perfume and scent exposure, the size exchange will be immediately voided.
Return Assessment: The original garment will be shipped back to the client, and a mandatory return processing and shipping fee will be charged to the client account.
Special Events and Vault Collections
Selections acquired during our Heritage Vault Special Events or Curated Bundles represent exclusive, uniquely paired wardrobe sets. All Heritage Vault selections are considered complete, final sale, and are ineligible for size adjustments or exchanges.

Post Delivery Fit Audits & Reserve Exchanges: If your delivered garment does not match your verified Legacy Fit Profile, email adjustments@lagracecollective.com. Please note: An attachment of a clear photos wearing the garment is required.
