To honor our commitment to exceptional craftsmanship and sustainable luxury, we have established a refined policy for returns and adjustments.

Made-to-Order Exchanges

We understand that securing the perfect fit is essential to experiencing the full grace of our silhouettes.

  • Size Exchanges: If your garment requires a different size, we will gladly facilitate an exchange, provided the requested size is available within our limited production reserve.

  • Timeline: Exchange requests must be initiated within 7 days of receiving your delivery.

Return for Boutique Credit

If an exchange is not possible due to limited collection quantities, or if you simply wish to return your selection:

  • The Guarantee: We will issue a digital Boutique Credit for the full value of your purchase, which never expires and can be applied toward any future collection drop or Heritage Vault event.

  • Condition of Items: To be eligible for an exchange or boutique credit, garments must be returned in their original, pristine condition, unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and with all original luxury packaging and tags fully attached.

Final Sale Items

  • The Heritage Vault & Curated Bundles: Selections acquired during our Heritage Vault Special Events represent exclusive, uniquely paired wardrobe sets offered at exceptional vault pricing. Because these offerings are curated as unified packages, we cannot accept returns, exchanges, or boutique credit requests for individual pieces within a bundle. All Heritage Vault selections are considered a complete, final sale.
