CHAPTER GARMENT EXCHANGE POLICY
Due to the exclusive, custom nature of our chapter blazer releases, all sales are final and no monetary returns or refunds will be issued under any circumstances.
To maintain total sizing integrity, eligibility for a size exchange is contingent upon pre order measurement participation. Members must complete their sizing evaluation prior to placing an order to qualify for any exchange requests.
All exchange requests are subject to the following guidelines:
Prerequisites for Exchange Qualification
Pre Order Measurement Requirement: Every member must submit their verified sizing profile prior to order placement, through our online Master Sizing Block fitting tool. Orders placed without prior measurement submission do not qualify for size exchanges.
Garment Condition: All blazers submitted for exchange must be unworn, unaltered, and returned in their original condition with all tags and personalized garment bags intact.
Tier Specific Sizing & Exchange Terms
On Site Fitting Tiers (Legacy Chapter Experience & Premier Concierge Experience)
Recommended Size Selection: If a member participated in the on site Master Sizing Block fitting, selected the size recommended by our fit specialists, and requires an exchange upon final delivery, no additional re-tailoring fee will be assessed.
Alternative Size Selection: If a member participated in the on site fitting, but elected to order a size other than the specialist recommended size, an exchange may be granted subject to inventory availability and a standard $65 re-tailoring fee.
Virtual Sizing Tier (The Essential Signature)
Virtual Profile Accuracy & Measurement Verification: Members participating in the virtual fitting workshop are responsible for accurately submitting their measurements. We strongly recommend that members have their dimensions taken by a local professional tailor, seamstress, or department store fitting specialist. Members must then enter their measurements into our online Master Sizing Block fitting tool to verify and confirm their proper size prior to order placement.
Re-tailoring Fee: Because garments ordered through the virtual experience are custom produced based on member submitted specifications, any requested size exchange post delivery will incur a $65 re-tailoring fee. If a replacement blazer must be specially re-manufactured outside standard inventory, additional production costs may apply.
On Site Event Exchange Protocol
On Site Assessment & Immediate Swaps: For chapters hosting an on site event, a fit specialist will be available during final distribution to reassess measurements and evaluate exchange requests. If the requested replacement size is available in our on site event inventory, an immediate swap can be completed during the event.
Re-Orders & Production Fees: If the requested size is not in event inventory and a replacement blazer must be re-ordered, a $65 re-tailoring fee will be assessed prior to production.
Group Delivery Location: Please note that physical exchanges requiring re-orders will not be shipped individually. All eligible exchange orders for the chapter will be produced together and shipped in a single bulk delivery to one agreed upon chapter address once all items are completed.
