How do I find my true signature fit?
To ensure your garment fits flawlessly without requiring extensive post-purchase alterations, completing The Legacy Fit Concierge is highly recommended prior to making your reservation:
- 1. Measure Your Canvas: Record your precise body measurements including Height, Bust, Natural Waist, Fullest Hip Point, and Torso Length.
- 2. Calculate Your Profile: Input your measurements into The Legacy Fit Concierge tool to determine your exact structural profile.
- 3. Lock In Your Results: Save your profile so your exact size standard is ready when collection reservations open.
What are the different Structural Fit Profiles?
While standard sizing handles general circumferences, our Structural Profiles engineer vertical proportions to match your frame:
- Petite: Proportionately calibrated in the torso, sleeve, and inseam lengths. Engineered specifically for frames 5'4" and under.
- Regular: Standard luxury tailoring proportions. Engineered for frames 5'5" to 5'8" with balanced torso height.
- Tall: Extended rise, torso, sleeve, and hem length. Engineered for frames 5'9" and above.
- Curvy: Patterned with an intentional gradient ratio designed specifically to contour and support fuller bust-to-hip proportions.
What should I do if my measurements span across multiple size categories?
Our Legacy Fit Scale™ is designed specifically for this. For silhouettes with contrasting upper and lower body proportions, our patterns dynamically transition into Curvometric Pattern Block Engineering™ to eliminate waist gaping while comfortably supporting fuller hips and thighs.
How do I choose between Regular, Tall, Petite, and Curvy profiles?
Choose Petite, Regular, or Tall based primarily on your overall height and torso length. Select Curvy if you require specialized contouring through the bust, waist, and hips to support fuller curves—regardless of your height.

Will my garment fit perfectly right out of the box, or will I need alterations?
Our Legacy Fit Matrix™ is engineered to provide a significantly more balanced fit than standard off-the-rack sizing. However, because body shapes are unique, minor personal tailoring (such as taking in a waist or adjusting a hem) may be desired to achieve your ultimate custom aesthetic.
What if my bust or shoulders put me in one size, but my waist puts me in a smaller size?
We always recommend selecting the size that corresponds to your largest measurement. Our pattern blocks are designed to preserve line and drape across your widest feature, giving a tailor plenty of clean fabric to refine narrower areas if desired.
Why doesn't the matrix guarantee an exact off-the-rack fit for every body shape?
Human proportions are wonderfully diverse. Unique combination silhouettes (such as broad shoulders with a narrow torso) benefit from subtle custom fine-tuning. Our system establishes a precise baseline, eliminating major fit issues before tailoring.
Is needing minor tailoring a sign that I selected the wrong size?
Not at all. In luxury tailoring, minor personal adjustments are standard practice to achieve a bespoke finish. Securing the proper base size through our calculator ensures the structural integrity of the garment remains intact.

When does the Reservation Window open and close?
Reservation Windows are limited-time releases announced prior to launch. Once a window closes, reservations lock immediately so our master production team can source exact textiles and commence tailoring.
Why does LaGrace Collective operate on a made-to-order model?
We believe exceptional garments should be produced with intention rather than mass-manufactured. Our limited-production model allows us to offer expansive, inclusive sizing without carrying excess stock—making each piece inherently rare and exclusive.
Are items kept in stock?
No. LaGrace Collective does not maintain general warehouse inventory. Each garment is produced exclusively as part of a limited production run after confirmed reservations are received, ensuring zero waste and uncompromising quality.
Why does production begin after the reservation window closes?
Collecting exact reservations upfront allows our ateliers to source precise textile quantities, maintain consistent dye lots, and allocate individual construction time for every silhouette across all sizes.
Can I place an order after a Reservation Window closes?
To uphold on-time delivery and intentional craftsmanship, reservation windows lock strictly at the scheduled deadline. Once closed, production begins immediately and additional pieces cannot be added to that cycle.

True luxury takes time. Instead of fast-fashion shortcuts, our garments feature tailored structural construction, generous luxury seam allowances, and master-inspected detailing. You are receiving an engineered piece crafted specifically for your silhouette.

When will my order ship?
Production begins immediately after the reservation window closes. Most orders ship within the estimated timeframe listed on each product page. Detailed production timelines are also shared via email updates.
Will I receive updates about my order?
Yes. You will receive email notifications at key stages of production—including reservation confirmation, production commencement, shipment preparation, and final delivery tracking details.
When will my payment method be charged?
Full payment is processed securely at the time you submit your reservation. This guarantees your place in our production cycle and allows us to allocate premium textiles required for your garment.
Can I modify or cancel my reservation after it is placed?
Because materials and patterns are allocated immediately, modifications or cancellations can only be accommodated within 24 hours of placing your order. After 24 hours, your reservation is locked into production.
What is your return and exchange policy?
Because garments are produced specifically for your reservation, we do not maintain traditional retail refunds. In the event of a manufacturing defect, please notify us within 5 days of delivery. For size exchange inquiries or boutique store credit, please review our full Return & Exchange Policy within 7 days of delivery.
