FAQs : YOUR QUESTIONS ANSWERED
-
At LaGrace Collective, we believe exceptional garments should be produced with intention rather than mass manufactured and stored in inventory.
Our limited-production model allows us to offer inclusive sizing, reduce unnecessary waste, and maintain the elevated craftsmanship that defines each collection. Every garment is produced specifically for the women who reserve it, making each production run both intentional and exclusive.
-
No. LaGrace Collective does not maintain inventory.
Each garment is produced as part of a limited production run after the reservation window closes. This allows us to focus on craftsmanship, fit, and quality while offering a broader range of sizes than traditional retail models.
-
Production begins once the collection's reservation window closes.
Most orders ship approximately four weeks after production begins. Depending on when your reservation is placed during the reservation period, total delivery timing may vary.
Estimated production timelines are provided on each collection page.
-
Our collections are produced in limited production runs.
By collecting reservations before production begins, we can accurately determine sizing needs, minimize waste, and ensure each collection receives the attention and craftsmanship it deserves.
This intentional process allows us to create garments that are more thoughtfully produced than traditional mass-manufactured apparel.

Unlike traditional retailers that produce large quantities of inventory months in advance, LaGrace Collective creates garments through a limited-production model focused on craftsmanship, fit, and intentional design.
Every piece is produced specifically for our community after reservations are received. This approach allows us to offer inclusive sizing, maintain elevated quality standards, and create collections that feel exclusive rather than mass produced.
We believe exceptional garments are worth the wait.
-
Because each piece is meticulously tailored and made-to-order specifically for you during our reservation windows, we do not maintain a traditional retail inventory. We gladly offer size exchanges (subject to production reserve availability) or boutique credit for returns initiated within 7 days of delivery. Please note that all selections from The Heritage Vault and curated bundles are considered final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged as individual pieces.
-
To experience the full, tailored grace of our silhouettes, we provide an extensive, detailed sizing guide on each product page. Because our production runs are strictly limited to the orders placed during our reservation window, we highly recommend reviewing these measurements carefully or reaching out to our concierge team for guidance prior to completing your reservation.
-
To secure your place in our production cycle and allocate the premium textiles required for your garments, full payment is processed securely at the moment you submit your reservation.
-
In order to uphold The LaGrace Standard of intentional craftsmanship and timely production, our reservation windows lock strictly at the conclusion of the designated period (such as our 19-day window). Once closed, our atelier immediately begins fabrication, and no additional pieces can be added to that cycle.
-
Because our made-to-order system immediately allocates materials and patterns to your specific selections, modifications or cancellations can only be accommodated within 24 hours of placing your order. After this brief grace period, your selection is permanently committed to our master production schedule.
