LaGrace Collective operates on a thoughtful preorder model rooted in intention, meaning, and legacy.

Each collection is carefully curated and released with purpose. Rather than producing large quantities, LaGrace Collective opens preorder windows that allow us to create based on demand. This approach supports intentional production, reduced waste, and the level of quality and care our community expects.

OUR COLLECTION STRUCTURE

Each LaGrace Collective collection is intentionally limited to eight pieces. These eight pieces are available for preorder during a nineteen day window, honoring the year 1908, when Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Incorporated® was founded.

This structure is central to the LaGrace Collective model and reflects our commitment to meaning, tradition, and thoughtful creation.

Once the preorder window closes, the collection retires and items may not be offered again in the same form.

HOW OUR PREORDER MODEL WORKS

Each collection opens for preorder for nineteen days. During this time, customers may secure items before production begins.

LIMITED AVAILABILITY

Collections are intentionally limited and produced based on preorder demand. After the preorder window closes, items are no longer available for purchase.

PRODUCTION & DELIVERY TIMELINE

Because pieces are produced after the preorder window closes, shipping timelines are longer than traditional ready to ship items. Estimated delivery timelines are shared after the preorder period ends, and customers receive email updates throughout the process.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

All preorder purchases are final sale unless otherwise noted. Because items are produced after the preorder window closes, returns and exchanges are not accepted.

You will receive an order confirmation email immediately after placing your preorder.

Production Updates
